For example, if your design is a photo, you would be better suited to order printed pins.

Yes! We can take any design or logo you have and create custom hard enamel lapel pins with it. We are experts at translating any artwork to custom product specs. You will receive unlimited proofs/edits after you order and before production starts to ensure that you are completely satisfied with how your artwork has been made into a hard enamel lapel pin.

We accept all standard artwork formats but recommend uploading vector artwork when possible (such as .ai files or EPS files).

We can make basic artwork changes such as adding or deleting text, creating a cut-to-shape outline, removing backgrounds, and changing colors. We are not equipped to create your logo or design from scratch. If you are in need of full design services, we recommend either attaching images that serve as a starting point or using our creative partner, 99designs, to create a logo or design that we can then use to make your hard enamel pins, custom keychains, or any other promotional products you need.

Our hard enamel pins are made using iron alloy and are extremely durable. The filling is a vibrantly colored enamel.

The default thickness is 1.2mm. If you need something else, please contact us for a custom quote.

Yes! We have two options for those who want to customize the back of their custom hard enamel lapel pins: You can add a custom backstamp or laser engraving. A custom backstamp would be raised metal. Laser engraving is often used to serialize limited edition pins (1/50, 2/50, etc.).

Each of the hard enamel pins are individually packaged in clear poly bags.

Yes; most commonly, customers select backer cards with their hard enamel lapel pin order. We can also do acrylic or velvet pin boxes for an added cost. These options are available on the cart page and can be selected once you're ready to order your custom hard enamel pins.

Yes, you can select any placement during the proofing process.

When you opt to use backer cards, each hard enamel pin still comes individually packaged in poly bags.

Yes, you can request this during the proofing process. We strongly discourage this, though, as the pins will likely get scratched in transit. If you select this option, you are also accepting the risk that the pins may be damaged in transit.
