What file formats do you accept?

We accept all standard artwork formats. Send us your artwork and we'll provide an online proof. You can request changes to your proof and we will make them for free until you approve a final layout. While we accept all standard artwork formats, we recommend uploading vector artwork when possible (i.e. AI files or EPS files).

Do you offer design services?

While we don’t offer creative design services, we can modify an existing concept you have and add/remove text as indicated. We’ll let you know what’s possible when you share all of your art files.

If I send a picture of a previous product we made, can you match it?

Yes, we match existing products all the time. We ask that you send multiple photos (front/back/side) of the product to give us as much info as possible. Additionally, if you have the original vector file used to produce the first product, that is very helpful in ensuring an accurate match. Since we’re ultimately creating a new product, we won’t be able to 100% match your original but we can get as close as humanly possible.

Where do you ship from?

The majority of our shipments ship from our fulfilment center located in Massachusetts, USA. We can also ship direct to you from our production facilities in China if shipments need to be expedited by 3-4 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to international destinations. Shipping rates will be calculated based on weight, dimensions, priority method, and the destination country.

Is shipping included in the price?

Standard ground shipping within the U.S. is included free of charge. Typical lead time with standard shipping (from proof approval to final delivery) is about 2.5 to 3 weeks. Expedited shipping is an option at checkout for an additional $65. With expedited shipping, the total lead time reduces to approximately 2 weeks. Exact dates depend on design, quantity etc so it's always best to check with a representative before ordering if the products are needed for an event.

Can I see what the item looks like before ordering?

Yes, on average we send a proof less than 24 hours after an order is placed. Since your card is only authorized (not charged) when you checkout, you can cancel the order at any time during the proofing process without being charged.

Do prices include set up charges?

For most orders, there’s no set up charge. We specify on each product page if there’s a set up charge and indicate the cost for each set up. You don’t pay the set-up cost on a reorder of the same item.

Can I get a quote?

For the majority of orders, pricing will match exactly what’s on the website (unit price multiplied by quantity). Ground shipping is free and there’s no tax unless your order is being delivered to Massachusetts. If you’re looking to order a unique quantity or several designs, we can get you a specific quote for your project.

Can I return my order if I do not like it?

We can only accept returns for quality issues. Please send us a picture and detailed description of the issue and we will address it accordingly as soon as possible. Since our orders are completely custom, we cannot accept returns that are unrelated to quality issues.
